What You'll Be Doing Day to Day As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for creating a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate transactions and/or orders. You'll also be responsible for: Meeting customers' needs, solving problems independently, and recognizing when to escalate to a manager. Building loyalty by ensuring a positive customer journey during the blithequark shopping experience. Building emotional connections through meaningful and empathetic interactions with customers. Providing customers with a simple and efficient handout experience when scheduled in Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO). Offers and sells services to customers during the handover process when needed. Providing the customer with a simple and smooth returns and exchange experience, while collecting high-quality data for follow-up when scheduled in returns. Job Type and Benefits This is a permanent, part-time position with a flexible schedule that includes weekend availability.
