Job Title: Remote Customer Communication Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Customer Communication Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, providing exceptional customer experiences, and supporting our national dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer a high volume of customer phone calls daily, resolving customer requests and providing timely solutions
Monitor and manage our dispatch system to ensure prompt response to customer requests, communicating with field personnel and stakeholders as needed
Provide proactive communication with field teams and peers across multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone
Perform administrative duties, including time card management, time off requests, and report submission
Assist field managers with administrative functions, triage emails, and research customer inquiries
Monitor response times, update customer information, and ensure compliance with departmental standards and procedures
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:
High school diploma or equivalent experience, plus 2-4 years of related experience in customer service or dispatch operations
Prior dispatch or call center experience is a plus
Strong PC literacy, data entry skills, and ability to monitor and manage group email boxes
Excellent non-technical customer support and communication skills, with ability to build customer rapport and minimize escalations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and demonstrate a positive work attitude
