About the Role As a Coca Cola Delivery Associate, you will play a critical role in selling and distributing our products on assigned routes while maintaining high-quality customer service and driving sales and volume growth. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability of our products in accounts, merchandising and stocking products according to our standards, and performing daily checks and balances to ensure proper recording of product, cash, and asset activity. Key Responsibilities Expand the scale of business in assigned accounts by selling products, arranging distribution channels, conducting exhibits, and executing promotional activities Deliver products to assigned accounts on a daily basis, ensuring timely and accurate delivery Merchandise and stock products according to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards Carry out Point of Sale advertising transportation, replacement, and maintenance procedures Perform daily checks and balances to ensure proper recording of product, cash, and asset activity Maximize payment collection by employing efficient invoicing protocols Foster positive relationships with account personnel and provide top-notch customer support Maintain an impeccable look of CCBCHC products and tools in assigned accounts Effectively manage trade breakage for allocated accounts Ensure that all CCBCHC safety standards are met by conducting vehicle and load inspections Establish and maintain productive and cordial relationships with coworkers and customers Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) 1-3 years of general work experience Commercial driving experience preferred Prior grocery store or consumer products experience a plus Ability to handle customer needs Preferred Qualifications Class A CDL license (or ability to obtain within three months) Experience operating a tractor-trailer DOT physical requirements Adaptability and ability to make quick and sound decisions Exemplary leadership and communication skills Time management and organizational skills Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to operate a handheld device Physical ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing 50+ pounds What We Offer As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive salary ($58,000+ per year) Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision plan with 100% full payment Life insurance coverage without deductions from paychecks Employer-matched 401K plan Product discounts Opportunities for career growth and professional development Work Environment and Culture Our work environment is moderately noisy, and you will be required to work in a fast-paced setting.
