Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Knowledge of materials, techniques, and tools involved in construction or repair of buildings
Understanding of design methods, tools, and principles engaged in production of precision technical plans, diagrams, drawings, and models
Knowledge of business and construction management principles associated with strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources
Ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of possible actions to choose the most appropriate one
Skilled in identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
