Join Donorbox, a leading fundraising platform and donor management system for nonprofit organizations, as a Remote Account Moderator. As an Account Moderator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our platform by reviewing accounts, screening customer campaigns, and investigating reported activities. We're looking for a detail-oriented and objective critical thinker with excellent communication skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Review new and existing customer accounts to ensure compliance with our Terms of Use and Acceptable Usage Policy
Screen customer campaigns for suspicious fundraisers or red flags, and investigate reported activities
Identify patterns of behavior by bad actors to keep our security protocols updated
Uphold the principles of free speech and our guidelines when assessing customers
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in account moderation
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent research and investigative skills with attention to detail
Ability to analyze extensive written content and footage to identify potentially problematic content
Ability to create comprehensive reports of findings and make informed decisions
