As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive and supportive environment for our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized comfort measures and emotional support to patients and families
Develop and implement personalized plans of care based on patient needs and preferences
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Administer medications accurately and safely, and document patient records according to nursing standards
Participate in performance improvement initiatives and respond to changing unit needs
Requirements:
Associate's degree or graduation from an accredited school of nursing
Registered Nurse licensure in New Jersey
Minimum of 2 years of related experience or training
AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider certification
Additional certifications may be required depending on assignment (e.g. TNCC, NIH Stroke Scale, ACLS, NRP, PALS)
