Job Title: Learning Specialist (Japanese) - Amazon Business Customer Service
Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional Learning Specialist (Japanese) to join our Amazon Business Customer Service team. As a Learning Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the competencies of our customer service associates. Your expertise will indirectly contribute to improving employee workplace performance, aligning with our company's core values to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver Amazon orientation and new hire training to all job levels, both virtually and in-person
Develop and conduct continuous learning sessions for existing employees to meet improvement goals
Analyze performance data to identify gaps and propose training interventions
Gather training needs, design, and deliver training interventions to address these needs
Maintain and report data on trainee attendance, performance, and analysis
Participate in call listening sessions and quality calibrations to stay updated on process developments
Take customer contacts monthly to stay informed about latest process updates and changes
Lead and/or participate in improvement projects to enhance business performance
Requirements:
JLPT N1 certification in Japanese and fluency in English
2+ years of experience in training delivery roles or similar experience
Flexibility to work in a 24/7 global team across various time zones
Excellent communication, coordination, and organization skills
Extensive expertise in cultural and soft skills relevant to a contact center environment
Competent user level of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Bachelor's degree or significant college coursework in communication, education, or a related field
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
