This role involves receiving extensive training in commercial HVAC equipment and sales methodologies while building relationships within the company and gaining hands-on experience.ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with program and Daikin field leaders, mentors, peers, and support staffDevelop knowledge of Daikin Applied’s line of commercial HVAC equipment, service, and solutions offeringsPartner with your local office team members to job-shadow critical rolesAttend and participate in in-person trainings, virtual instructor-led trainings (VILT), and self-directed learning modulesLearn Daikin Applied’s processes, procedures, technology, and resources to help support your sales office with estimating, preparing quotes, understanding credit terms, contract preparation, and moreAttend and participate in Sandler Sales methodology trainingRoleplay different parts of the sales cycle to practice working with customersPartner with Ignite peers to complete a capstone project during the course of the program.
