Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work in a dynamic call center environment where no two days are the same. You'll receive and process inbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and medical staff, while also executing outbound calls to assist with various medical-related services. Your primary goal will be to resolve routine to complex issues while providing exceptional customer service that reflects our commitment to patient care.
This position is a full-time hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and onsite. Employees will be required to work onsite during the training period, which spans 4-5 weeks. After successfully completing training and demonstrating proficiency (typically evaluated within 1-2 months), eligible candidates may transition to a hybrid arrangement that includes both remote work and onsite presence.

$1,500 Sign-On Bonus

Work Schedule and Requirements
This position requires flexibility and availability to work within our business hours of 7:00am to 8:00pm. Employees will work 8-hour shifts during these hours, with the possibility of occasional overtime as needed based on business demands. Training Program: arenaflex is committed to setting you up for success. We offer 4-5 weeks of paid training, which includes 4 days of classroom instruction followed by paired training with experienced Leads for 2 weeks. This comprehensive onboarding process will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your role.
Location: Our Las Vegas office is located at 2716 N Tenaya Way, Las Vegas, NV. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to Las Vegas, NV to be considered for this hybrid position. The ability to work both remotely and onsite is essential, as some days will require physical presence at our office while others can be completed from your home workspace.
Primary Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
Answering a minimum of 11 calls per hour while resolving moderate to complex issues with professionalism and efficiency
Scheduling and verifying appointments in our clinical information system
Verifying and updating patient demographic and insurance information
Sending and receiving tasks to Provider offices to assist patients with access to medical care
Receiving and processing referrals, including expedited, stat, and at-risk referrals
Contacting patients to advise them of appointment and referral status
Performing extreme high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
Processing and resolving expedited patient complaints in a timely manner
Reviewing and processing medication refills
Providing proactive responses to inquiries from patients, Providers, and internal medical personnel
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Call Center Experience: Previous experience in a call center environment is required
Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated success in customer service roles
Availability: Ability to work between the hours of 7:00am - 8:00pm
Location: Must reside within commutable distance to Las Vegas, NV
Technical Requirements: Must have a dedicated work area that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
Internet: Must live in a location that can receive a high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
Security: Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure
Drug Test: Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment
