As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with portfolio management, fund administrators, and internal leadership to oversee fund operations, reporting, vendor management, and strategic initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of precision, integrity, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Fund Operations & Reporting:
Oversee client onboarding, fund valuation, and investor reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging tooling, automation, and procedural upgrades to drive efficiency
Provide ad hoc operational support across the business, demonstrating flexibility and a solutions-oriented approach
Legal, Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:
Manage fund licensing requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory restrictions across multiple jurisdictions
Develop business cases for expanding regulatory licensing, assessing feasibility and potential impact
Oversee the creation and management of legal entities, supporting new market and product launches
Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements with vendors, clients, and partners, protecting Re7 Capital's interests
Vendor & Relationship Management:
Maintain oversight of key external service providers, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and internal policy
Monitor vendor performance, driving value-for-money and exceptional service standards
Strategic & Cross-Functional Support:
Contribute to new business and product expansion initiatives, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and innovation
Provide support to other areas of the business during periods of high activity or staff leave, demonstrating adaptability and a collaborative mindset
Requirements:
5+ years of operations experience in Crypto, TradFi, and/or FinTech, with at least 2 years in Investment Fund Operations or Fund Administration
Legal training, experience, and/or qualification, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements
Proven ability to convert strategy into action, with excellent communication and influencing skills
Demonstrated success in change management, with a highly organized and adaptable approach
Strong work ethic, results-focused, and accountable for consistent delivery
