ResponsibilitiesDevelop targeting strategies for different business directions.Set up advertising accounts and pixels (Meta).Segment and build target audiences.Launch and scale campaigns in Meta Ads.Set up and integrate analytics (CRM, UTM, GA4).Conduct weekly optimization based on CPL, CPA, and ROI.Maintain detailed reporting and test hypotheses.Research and deeply understand the target audience.Proven experience working with premium audiences and products priced from €5,000 is required. Goals (KPI)100+ leads per week.At least 20 sales per month.CAC $500.A stable and predictable flow of qualified leads.A scalable advertising system with transparent analytics.
