Job Title: General Manager Coach (Complex) - Walmart Management
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager Coach (Complex) to join our Walmart Management team. As a GM Coach, you will play a critical role in leading and developing high-performing teams, driving financial performance and sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, and providing feedback through our Tour-to-Teach program
Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, and develop action plans to correct deficiencies and improve the customer experience
Drive financial performance and sales growth by reviewing P&L statements, managing budgets, and developing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals
Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing outstanding performance
Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Requirements:
2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
Ability to attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
