Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the friendly voice on the phone and the welcoming face of our Domino's Pizza location. Your key responsibilities will include:


Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and in person, ensuring that every customer feels valued and appreciated.
Sharing our menu with customers, answering questions, and making recommendations to ensure that every customer has a positive experience.
Working collaboratively with our team to ensure that every customer receives their order on time and to their satisfaction.
Participating in pre-rush prep, cleaning, pizza making, oven tending, and expediting delivery orders, with proper training and support.
Contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture that reflects our values of excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction.


Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:


A high school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
