Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:


Responding to a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.
Delivering exceptional customer experiences through chat interactions, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey.
Assisting customers in scheduling appointments based on their needs, providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
Cultivating and updating an extensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Collecting and documenting customer contact details for lead generation and client follow-up, ensuring that our dealer clients receive valuable leads and conversions.
Summarizing customer interactions, highlighting their needs for client review and analysis.


Required Skills

Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
A pleasant, patient, and friendly demeanor, with a strong focus on delivering personalized experiences to customers.
Strong decision-making and analytical capabilities, with the ability to analyze customer interactions and provide data-driven insights.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Basic proficiency with internet navigation and computer applications, including chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Fast typing skills, with a minimum of 35 words per minute preferred, to ensure efficient and accurate communication with customers.


Qualifications

While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is advantageous, it's not mandatory. We're looking for individuals with:


A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
The ability to pass a background check.
Previous experience in an office environment, customer interaction, call center, or customer service setting is preferred.
2+ years of experience in an office environment, customer interaction, call center, or customer service setting is highly desirable.
