Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure listings and support tickets are handled efficiently and effectively.
Manage your own workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure seamless customer support.
Collaborate with your teammate to provide 7-day-a-week coverage, working out a schedule that suits your needs and preferences.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Essential Qualifications:
* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
* Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
