Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Benefits Enrollment Expert. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to ADP client employees, helping them navigate the complexities of company insurance programs and benefits enrollment. This is a 100% remote opportunity after training, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere. Key Responsibilities: Receive and respond to 30-40 inbound calls per day from ADP client employees, providing benefit and open enrollment information, and explaining complex aspects of company insurance programs. Examine, assess, and combine data to provide information on benefits and group insurance programs, identifying needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures. Record employee enrollment in benefits, utilizing in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures. Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues via inbound calls, email, and chat communication. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer service and benefits enrollment processes. Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of helping customers resolve issues and answer questions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word, with the ability to navigate computer systems while on the phone with customers. Strong attendance and reliability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Training and Onboarding: As a Benefits Enrollment Expert, you'll undergo comprehensive training and onboarding, covering the following topics: Benefits enrollment processes and procedures. Company insurance programs and policies. Administrative procedures and data management. Customer service best practices and communication skills. Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance and demand.
