Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As a Customer Service and Scheduling Agent, you will be responsible for:
Providing exceptional customer service, answering calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients, and winning their trust and confidence.
Quickly determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately utilizing active listening skills.
Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs, understanding the importance of attention to detail, and improving skills through practice.
Applying new knowledge or skills quickly, solving problems, and taking advantage of opportunities without being asked.
Enjoying working in a technical workplace and being adaptable, with a commitment to sales & customer service excellence.
