Monthly YouTube Video Editor (8 Videos Per Month) - Contract to Hire

We are looking for a video editor who will edit 8 YouTube videos per month every single month (videos range between 2-10 minutes long. Most are around 3-5 minutes). The budget for this role is a monthly retainer of $750 a month. I am looking for a Freelance Creative Collaborator with proven intermediate to advanced skills in video editing to edit YouTube Videos that are utilized to generate inbound leads for one of my clients. These videos are ongoing, which means you would be guaranteed 2 Videos per week, at minimum (so at least 8 Videos per Month!). The ideal candidate would be responsible for editing and delivering 2 LongForm YouTube Videos per week on a pre-scheduled basis. All videos would be edited and delivered for initial review [by myself] within 4 - 5 days from the day of brief submission. From there, any edits or adjustments needed would ideally be made within 24 hours. I will provide you with detailed Video Briefs including the following: • General Video Outline/Script • Recorded Footage for the video • General B-Roll • Length of Video (varies but most videos typically fall within the 2-10 Minute range. • Video Format (16:9) • Due Date for V1 Video Review as well as the finalized Video The ideal candidate would be responsible for: • Utilizing the provided Video Outline, Recorded Footage and General B Roll to edit together a sleek, modern, upscale LongForm YouTube Video that falls within the ideal video length and format. • Source and implement Stock Video/Imagery as needed • Utilize imagery from non-stock online sources/websites as needed, AND ensures to note ON SCREEN photo/video credit when doing so. • ALWAYS double check spelling, grammar, captions, and on screen call outs for accuracy. • Delivering the V1 Video and Finalized Video by the noted Due Dates. • * A STAR Candidate would ideally also: Provide recommendations on video recording/footage improvement and continuous editing improvement based on new trends/relevant styles. You would work closely with me and communicate with me as needed to ensure all deliverables are accurate & remain on schedule each week. I am extremely easy going, enjoy what I do, and have multiple years of experience and knowledge in the industry! I am not a micromanager by any means, but will push you when and if needed always to do your best & continue to grow in your skillset!
