Job Description Summary:
We're looking for a spirited leader to infuse our team with their unique energy, direction, and leadership. As a Brand Development Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive brand strategy, leading and inspiring a team of Brand Developers, and driving exceptional brand representation and consumer engagement across all business channels.

Holistic Brand Engagement: Ensure exceptional brand representation and consumer engagement across all business channels.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate seamlessly with National and Regional stakeholders, ensuring the brand's vision and objectives are fully aligned and realized.
Key Account Mastery: Take charge as the primary point of contact for critical accounts, navigating complexities with clarity and precision.
Cross-Territory Innovation: Participate and advocate for cross-functional programming, bridging territories and channels to cultivate a unified and innovative brand strategy.


Primary Responsibilities / Activities:

Planning and Programming: Enhance program effectiveness, identify opportunities for optimization, and ensure alignment with regional and local market opportunities.
Route to Market Oversight: Build and maintain strong relationships with Brand stakeholders, ensuring seamless product availability and timely ordering.
People Skills: Directly support and manage internal and external, agency-based Brand Developers, ensuring effective brand representation and execution.
Budget Management: Manage and review Program and Team budgets, aligning expenditures with strategic objectives and conducting regular financial reviews with stakeholders.


Minimum Requirements:

5 years of beverage Sales & Marketing experience; CPG experience preferred.
3+ years of personnel management; Remote Field Team(s) oversight experience preferred.
Adept at networking, selling, and interacting with diverse groups of people.
Fluency in Spanish preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong business acumen, including Microsoft Office.
Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle.
Ability to lift and carry weight over 40 lbs.
Ability to sit/stand for prolonged periods.


What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $81,800 - $100,900, depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is also offered.
