This role requires expertise in the Jack Henry Silverlake core processing platform and the Banno digital banking solution. The officer will be actively involved in the upcoming core processor conversion in 2024, leading the process and ensuring the platforms long-term efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Core Processing Management:
Oversee core processing for deposits and loans.
Ensure the stability and efficiency of the Jack Henry Silverlake platform.
Act as the primary liaison between the bank and Jack Henry, fostering strong relationships and advocating for the banks needs.
Operational Efficiency:
Optimize processes to reduce manual work and enhance efficiency.
Implement best practices to minimize operational risks.
Innovation and Development:
Lead digital banking innovation, enhancing offerings like mobile banking and online account services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new features and improve existing ones.
Digital Banking Management:
Serve as the expert on the Banno platform, developing and executing a comprehensive digital banking strategy.
Leverage the platform to improve customer experiences and drive growth.
Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate risks related to system vulnerabilities and data privacy.
Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in banking, focusing on digital banking and core processing.
Extensive hands-on experience with Jack Henry Silverlake and Banno platforms.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Results-oriented with a focus on execution.
