About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Donor Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As a Donor Outreach Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our life-saving mission by actively engaging with current, previous, and potential donors to schedule their next blood donation at a local blood drive. Key Responsibilities: Enhance the donor experience by providing quality customer service while inspiring donors to realize their life-transforming potential. Collaborate within a supportive team atmosphere, contributing to a positive work environment and goals. Retain donors by scheduling donation appointments, resolving customer service concerns, and consistently providing excellent customer service. Code donor records appropriately based on the information provided by donor and management. Work Environment and Schedule: As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our ideal candidate will be available to work a schedule of Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday – Thursday, with a shift of 10:30am – 7:00pm (AZ time). This schedule allows for a great work-life balance and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
