Key Responsibilities: As a Ticket/Gate Agent (Customer Service Agent), you'll be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Ensuring that all passengers have a smooth and efficient travel experience, from check-in to boarding. Working collaboratively with other teams, including airport staff, to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions. Staying up-to-date with airline policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate information to passengers. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other airline systems. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods. Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry. Knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and regulations. Fluency in multiple languages, particularly those commonly spoken by international passengers.
