As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
Appropriately communicating with customers, including providing video support when needed
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Logical problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues
Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume with ease and composure
Ability to use Windows operating systems and other software applications
Ability to type 25 wpm with accuracy and speed
Over 18 years of age and a high school graduate or GED
Predictable and reliable attendance to meet the needs of our customers
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
6-12 months of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
Consistent work history with a proven track record of reliability and attendance
Proven oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
Some technical background to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
Provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later
Wired Ethernet LAN connection for reliable internet access
Internet Connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms for optimal performance
Proof of internet speed to ensure compliance with our requirements
Clean and quiet workspace to minimize distractions and ensure focus
