We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage projects, stakeholders, and operations in logistics, with a focus on improving processes, utilizing Excel, and possessing excellent communication and project management skills. As a key member of our team, you'll manage multiple projects, influence stakeholders, create SOPs, drive process improvements, and foster a supportive culture for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects and tasks, ensuring timelines are met and resource needs are understood
Influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal partners and senior leadership
Create SOPs and drive process improvements to enhance network health and performance
Develop new plans and roadmaps to drive expansion and growth
Collaborate with stakeholders, including Coaching and Compliance teams, to build a supportive culture of DSP growth and development
Requirements:
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
Experience in managing projects, stakeholders, and operations in logistics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in improving processes and utilizing Excel
Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and create solutions to monitor business performance
Experience in a transportation environment, operations, sales, business development, or logistics, with additional languages (such as German, Dutch, Arabic, Italian, or Spanish) being a plus
