About the Role
As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you will work closely with our Technical Engagement teams as an AI subject matter expert to showcase the power of arenaflex Cloud to our clients. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who are enthusiastic about learning and want to apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios.
In this position, you will help prospective clients and partners understand the capabilities of arenaflex Cloud, explain technical features, assist customers in designing proof-of-concept models, and troubleshoot any potential roadblocks. Additionally, you will have the unique opportunity to help clients utilize specialized machine learning hardware developed by arenaflex (including Tensor Processing Units).
You will work closely with customers and product development teams to shape the future of our hardware platforms. This role offers excellent exposure to the entire product lifecycle and provides invaluable experience in customer-facing technical roles within the cloud and AI industry.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key client technical objections, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers
Provide AI/ML expertise to support the technical relationship with arenaflex's clients, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and partnering with product management to prioritize solutions affecting client adoption of arenaflex Cloud
Work with clients to demonstrate and model arenaflex Cloud product integrations in client/partner environments
Suggest integration strategies, enterprise models, platforms, and application infrastructure to implement complete solutions using best practices on arenaflex Cloud
Travel to client sites, conferences, and other related events as needed
Assist clients in understanding and implementing machine learning solutions using frameworks such as TensorFlow, Python, and MATLAB
Design and architect scalable, distributed systems for enterprise clients
Provide technical guidance on data management and big data trends within organizations
Stay current with emerging technologies, processes, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Experience in virtualization or cloud-native architectures in a client-facing or support role
Knowledge of big data, AI, and mathematical programming systems (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Ability to work effectively in team environments
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building AI solutions and utilizing specific AI models (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks)
Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems
