Ā Monitor and document patient progress systematically, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
Ā Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and caregivers to ensure holistic care coordination and continuity.
Ā Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, adaptive strategies, and home exercise programs.
Ā Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Ā Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Tennessee, with current credentials and in good standing.
Ā Demonstrated experience in assessing and treating patients across diverse populations and conditions.
Ā Strong clinical reasoning skills with the ability to make sound therapeutic decisions.
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and healthcare team members.
