Location: Corona/ Riverside
Pay$18HR
1st shift Monday-Friday
7:30am-3pm
8am-3:30pm
Requirements:
Must meet the attached requirements (no exceptions).
Must be able to read and write English, as they will submit daily reports on the consumers progress and activities.
Must pass a background check, E-Verify, and a Live Fingerprint scan.
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a 15-seater van.
Proven experience in a mentoring or coaching role is a Plus.
Strong background in relationship management, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
Knowledge of employee relations practices and succession planning processes is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective mentorship.
Duties
Provide one-on-one mentorship to individuals, offering guidance on career to people with disabilities
Assist mentees in setting achievable goals and developing actionable plans to reach them.
Share knowledge and best practices related to the industry
guide and support the consumers in activities such as arts and crafts, job duties like building boxes in a warehouse, and learning how to pick and pack.
engage in activities like singing and dancing during free time. Above all, we need Job Coaches who can motivate others, be patient, and possess strong communication skills
