BetterTasksDesign, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based applicationsCollaborate with DevOps engineers to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure;Ensure system reliability, performance, and security across environments;Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Terraform and related tools;Actively contribute to system architecture and technical decisions;Monitor applications and services using tools like Grafana, and respond to incidents proactively;Work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with developers, QA, and product teams.Requirements4+ years of professional experience in Java development;Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools;Solid knowledge of AWS cloud services;Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.);Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure as code;Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration;Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or similarStrong understanding of software engineering best practices (clean code, testing, version control);Fluent English (written and spoken);Availability to work in a hybrid model from Lisbon, Portugal.Originally posted on Himalayas
