What We Offer: • A supportive team culture that encourages collaboration • Opportunities for advancement • Flexible scheduling • Employee meals • Competitive pay Key Responsibilities: • Utilize dishwashing tools to cleanse and sterilize dishes, cups, utensils, pots, and pans effectively. • Ensure that all dishware and utensils are washed, dried, and stored correctly to cater to the needs of guests and the team. • Ensure that the kitchen, dining areas, restroom facilities, and behind-the-scenes spaces are consistently clean and well-maintained. • Maintain a clean and organized utility area on a daily basis. • Ensure cleanliness in the kitchen and utility spaces by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing the floors as part of your routine. • Handle garbage collection tasks and sustain the cleanliness of the loading dock and dumpster space. • Execute the deep-cleaning tasks at regular intervals as scheduled in the plan. • Abide by the requirements specified by the local health department and adhere to the safety guidelines put in place by the company. • Restore the inventory of spotless dishes, silverware, and glassware at the Cook, Line, and Server stations. • Make sure to report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the Manager without delay. • Maintain cleanliness standards while working efficiently to meet peak hour demands. • Help create a memorable dining experience for guests by maintaining spotless dishes and dining areas. • Support the dining establishment by delivering freshly cleaned dishes and utensils when needed. Qualifications: • Accomplished in working efficiently in a fast-paced setting while prioritizing and maintaining high levels of cleanliness. • Valued team player recognized for their positive demeanor and strong commitment to their duties. • Must be capable of standing for extended periods and handling loads up to 50 lbs. • Must be willing to cover shifts during nights, weekends, and holidays when the need arises. • Training will be offered, so prior experience is not required.
