Your responsibilities:
You own the end-to-end recruiting process for IT/tech roles in Germany and Spain from requirements intake to offer
You advise hiring managers on profile refinement, market and compensation trends, and interview setup
You run active sourcing across relevant channels (e.g., LinkedIn, specialist forums, communities
You screen candidates and conduct qualifying calls as well as interviews
You design and execute targeted employer branding initiatives (content, social media, events) and build talent pools and university partnerships
You collaborate closely with the HR Operations Teams (DE/ES) and Group Functions and manage external partners (e.g., agencies, headhunters
You offer us:
You have 2–3 years of experience in IT/tech recruiting (in-house or agency), ideally with international exposure
You demonstrate a track record of success in active sourcing for software, cloud/DevOps, AI, data, and security roles
You are proficient with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search, and you leverage GitHub/Stack Overflow for sourcing
You have experience with interview and assessment methods and the use of structured scorecards
You understand software development lifecycles, common tech stacks, and role profiles, and can translate requirements to the audience
You communicate very well in German and English and have strong Spanish skills; you also bring basic knowledge of German labor law and sensitivity to differences in Spain
