The IT & Digital Program Lead is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the ServiceNow implementation for Global Business Services (GBS), including scope, budget, timeline, value realization, and quality. This role ensures successful program execution in alignment with company strategy and established quality standards.The position requires extensive collaboration with both Global Business Services and ITD teams, effective management of key stakeholder relationships, and facilitation of clear, consistent communication across the organization to drive alignment and program success.
Main responsibilities:
â˘Execute your respective program/s with the support of relevant PMs, Sponsors, and Steering Committeesâ˘Measure, track and communicate program progress, ensuring transparent reportingâ˘Communicate effectively within the organization, to both Business and ITDâ˘Handle Steering Committee Governance and Operations and ensure timely decision-makingâ˘Manage stakeholders alongside the Program Sponsorâ˘Manage risks and develop mitigation plansâ˘Manage the allocation of financial and human capital resourcesâ˘Ensure program artifacts and documentation comply with the Project Management Methodology (PMM)â˘Escalate critical matters to the Sponsor or Steering Committee when neededâ˘Collaborate with relevant ITD Teams, Business Teams, and External Partners to ensure strategic and execution alignmentâ˘Work closely with Finance to maintain planning and budgeting accuracyPartner with ITD security and product development teams to implement security measuresâ˘Manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocationâ˘Contribute to the delivery of Global ITD Strategy
Main requirements:
â˘8+ years of experience in complex solutions transformation / Architecture and support delivery teams (multi components Solution, integration context) landscape in major companyâ˘Experience with Service Now implementations â ideally in the context for a Global Business Services set upâ˘Balanced business/technical background. Enough level of technical knowledge to provide highly credible leadership to technology teams. Ability to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues and communicate these effectively to business stakeholdersâ˘Proven capability of managing multiple priorities effectively and performing under tight deadlinesâ˘Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization (including executive management) on issues of strategy, risk, process, and ongoing operationsâ˘Experience successfully working with distributed teams as the delivery teams are fully remoteâ˘Major experience gained in both multinational and multi-cultural environments would be an added benefitâ˘Computer Science, Engineering, or similar degree
