Responsibilities
Engage with Italian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to nurture and maintain positive relationships.

Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in CRM software and basic computer applications.
