Responsibilities Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand their technical staffing needs Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media platforms, job boards, online communities, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified IT professionals Engage with potential candidates, conduct initial screenings, and present a diverse pool of qualified candidates to the recruitment team Stay up-to-date with IT industry trends and market intelligence to ensure a competitive advantage in talent sourcing Work closely with the recruitment team to develop effective sourcing strategies Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Provide regular reports and updates on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sourcing, preferably in a staffing or recruiting environment Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and job market trends Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging with qualified IT professionals Excellent sourcing skills, with the ability to utilize various sourcing methods and tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Exceptional organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment software Benefits About Us Zone IT Solutions is Australia based Recruitment Company.
