What You'll Do: Lead troubleshooting, upgrades, and user support for Epicor ERP Develop and maintain BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and reports Collaborate with teams to align ERP solutions with business needs Ensure data integrity, access control, and system performance Drive process improvement and automation within the ERP environment Support full software lifecycle: implementation, testing, maintenance, and training What You Bring: Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field 3+ years working with Epicor ERP; 5+ years in IT systems analysis Proficiency in BAQ, BPM, SSRS, DMT, and SQL Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills Please note: Sponsorship is not available for this opportunity.
