In this role you will get to advise engineering and construction leaders and project staff at various stages of execution. including analysis, implementation, support, and training. What You'll Be Doing: Serve as trusted advisor to IT and business leaders Specialize in identifying, implementing digital design solutions Excellent verbal and written skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical people including C-level executives. Vendor management experience for solutioning, business development, and innovation incubation. Leadership experience with technical teams, including hybrid teams from matrixed organizations or third parties. Experience with supporting or leading business development efforts. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 10+ years with full lifecycle digital design & delivery solutions as well as experience presenting and collaborating with all levels of leadership, clients, and end users. Experience establishing a Common Data Environment (CDE) and BIM models Expert level experience consulting and implementing 2D, 3D Experience Required with Autodesk & Bentley toolsets (Civil 3D, Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Expert level experience consulting and implementing Autodesk Construction Cloud Expert level experience consulting and implementing Bentley ProjectWise and other Document Control systems Expert level experience consulting and implementing Bluebeam Ability to lead project mobilizations and travel as needed What Desired Skills You'll Bring: xD experience Scan-to-BIM experience Experience with Construction Management software like e-Builder or Procore Intergraph experience a plus Experience meeting requirements for industry standards, like ISO.
