Administrative Assistant, Product Management

The Role We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support multiple Directors and People Managers. This role includes managing complex calendars, travel plans, and associated expenses. A successful candidate will understand the importance of teamwork and coordination with administrative support across the business organization. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and highly detail-oriented with the ability to make judgment calls with competing requests. This position will be based in Los Gatos, CA. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Proactive management of calendars for multiple executives Schedule complex and high-visibility meetings and calls Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports Actively monitor agendas to ensure executives are prepared for meetings Coordinate team offsite and onsite events Follow through and execution of requests Strong cross functional partnership and communication across multiple teams and the Admins supporting those groups. Create necessary operational efficiencies to keep teams running smoothly and effectively Ability to organize, prioritize and pivot to be able to handle multiple competing requests Qualifications: 3-5+ years of experience managing multiple executive calendars Experience with Google Suite Team player who operates in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented setting Responsive and able to work flexible hours if needed Ability to stay calm under pressure and work on short deadlines Strong organization skills and attention to detail, with the capability to prioritize and balance multiple projects and switch easily between tasks Independent worker, with strong judgment and skill to make decisions quickly Curious and eager to learn Discreet with the ability to maintain confidential information At Netflix, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your personal top of market. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location. The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $55,000 - $240,000.
