IT Recruiter (Part Time, Remote, Experienced only)

What You'll Do:
ā¢ Support the creation and implementation of full-cycle recruiting for NRC roles, including Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Consulting.
ā¢ Source and engage passive talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other creative channels.
ā¢ Coordinate and manage interviews, gather feedback, and support the offer process.
ā¢ Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience.
ā¢ Communicate regularly with both internal teams and client stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
ā¢ Business to business sales-client contacts are provided
ā¢ Source and recruit top talent for technical positions
ā¢ Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
ā¢ Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
ā¢ Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish
ā¢ Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
ā¢ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
ā¢ 3+ Years Corp to Corp sales
ā¢ 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting
ā¢ Strong knowledge of technical roles and requirements
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
ā¢ Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
