Chat Service Representative

Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via online chat. Provide accurate information about menu items, specials, reservations, and restaurant policies. Assist with order placement, modifications, and follow-up questions as needed. Document chat interactions thoroughly to ensure clear communication between guests and restaurant staff. Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer issues efficiently. Maintain a friendly and positive tone to enhance the guest experience. Adhere to company guidelines regarding data privacy and security during interactions. Requirements Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple chats simultaneously. Basic knowledge of customer service principles and problem-solving abilities. Ability to remain patient and courteous with guests at all times. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
