IT Project Coordinator - (CAPM, PMP, SPM) * (remote worker opening)

About the position The IT Project Coordinator at BAE Systems is responsible for overseeing and managing IT projects and programs. This role involves performing key project management duties, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting project teams with various administrative and management tasks. Responsibilities • Coordinate all aspects of IT Project(s)/Program(s) • Perform key project management duties to support project teams with respect to coordinating internal and external stakeholder meetings, preparation of meeting materials, data entry and other activities as assigned. • Work closely with project/program managers & subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather requirements for data entry, WBS maintenance, meeting development and minutes' documentation. • Assist with work tracking and triaging of risks, issues, and action items. • Assist with querying and report generation for the review work and assignments from the work tracking tools Teams, MS Project and ServiceNow. • Assist with managing project plans, schedule, cost, and risk management. • Assist project/program managers with managing projects and reports in ServiceNow utilizing agile boards. • Assist with developing and managing various program status reports and briefings for internal and external stakeholders. • Develop and update project documentation. • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. • Build high quality relationships with various stakeholders including clients, users, company leaders and external partners. • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. • Other duties as assigned.
