JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and naturally curious profiles who want to learn and improve Veepee's Help desk level. Your main mission will be to answer user requests and ensure the follow-up until it's solved. This position will be based in our office in L’Hospitalet with regular travels to our warehouse in Santa Oliva. TASKS Being the key point of contact for the local users in the offices and warehousesInstall and configure computer hardware, operating systems, applications, phone and video conferencesAddress issues both face-to-face and remotelyTroubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware issues (Windows and Mac)Resolve and/or replace faulty hardwareProcess warranty replacement of hardwareSupport the deployment of new applicationsRespond and close tickets within approved SLAWork continuously on tasks until completionAssist in IT projects, system upgrades, and rollouts as requiredMaintain accurate documentation of support requests, incidents, and solutionsEnsure compliance with company IT security policies and data protection standards.
