Requirements
Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Customer-oriented and patient demeanor.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via phone, email, or chat.
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
