Job Title: IT Asset Management Contractor II.
Location: Malvern, PA. (Hybrid).
Duties:
ā¢ This role will focus on asset intake, tracking, reconciliation, and general asset management support, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and Excel-based analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Support Anthology asset intake and ongoing asset management activities.
ā¢ Track, update, and maintain asset records with a high degree of accuracy.
ā¢ Perform software licensing reconciliation, identifying discrepancies and supporting resolution.
ā¢ Analyze and manage asset data using Excel (e.g., tracking, reporting, reconciliation).
ā¢ Provide general asset management and administrative support as needed.
ā¢ Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure assets are properly documented and aligned with project needs.
Skills: Required Skills & Experience:
ā¢ Prior experience in asset management (IT, software, or related asset tracking preferred).
ā¢ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data analysis, reconciliation).
ā¢ High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
ā¢ Clear communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
