Key Responsibilities:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance IT asset management efficiency
Lead and manage IT asset-related projects from initiation to completion
Develop and maintain standardized procedures for tracking and reporting IT assets
Collaborate with developers and engineers to write and document user stories using JIRA
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT asset management databases and tools
Provide excellent customer service and stakeholder management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in IT asset management, project management, process management, or a related role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Suite, JIRA, or other related project management tools
