IT Analyst / QA / Entry level
Description: We are currently looking for a Manual Tester for a 100% remote position on a large project. The selected candidate will join a collaborative quality assurance team focused on testing and validating Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. Working closely with developers, business analysts, and end users, this role will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of business-critical solutions that enhance organizational operations. Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications for Microsoft Dynamics applications. Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with developers for prompt resolution and retesting. Analyze requirements in partnership with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business processes into effective test scenarios. Maintain detailed test documentation, including test results, coverage metrics, and quality status reports. Recommend enhancements to testing processes, tools, and methodologies to improve product quality and team efficiency. Assist with ad hoc tasks and emerging challenges as required to support the team's goals and organizational priorities. Requirements: Familiarity with Dynamics 365 modules, workflows, and business processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
