iOS Engineer (Contract)
Helium is building self-improving software that uses AI to automatically generate and test new software experiences. They are seeking an iOS Engineer to help build their platform for auto-generating mobile experiences, focusing on the iOS/React Native mobile experience and launching new features for customer optimization. Responsibilities Own the iOS/React Native mobile experience for Helium customers Launch new features (e.g. remote onboarding experiences) to help our customers automate mobile optimization Come up with new ways to improve SDK reliability, speed, and usability, and work directly with customers to get feedback and improve their experience Own documentation, Release maintenance, CI/CD, Testing, Google Play/Android billing Wearing a lot more hats than listed above Skills 1+ years of experience in mobile engineering US citizen/visa only Keen problem solving skills Strong mobile engineering foundation with experience building mobile apps on the App Store and using SDKs (RevenueCat, Amplitude, Segment, Stripe, Firebase) Experience working with Apple In-App purchases Ability to own features end to end, including writing PRDs/quick specs and testing features end to end Customer obsession with a focus on developer experience of SDKs Experience working on mobile SDKs (release maintenance, docs, etc) Experience with Flutter and Android app development Experience with native modules/bridging logic Experience working on open source, or non-mobile experiences Experience working on mobile webview tech Experience working with mobile analytics tools (Amplitude, Segment, Statsig, etc) Company Overview Helium automatically generates and tests new paywalls to improve your app's conversion.
