What You Will Get To Do:
Thoroughly reviewing incoming requests from diverse sources, such as email, facsimile, chat, and mail, to discern the writer's intent for processing.
Proficiently processing a wide range of routine and complex customer responses through letters and emails, while consistently meeting or exceeding departmental standards for productivity and quality.
Meticulously reviewing transactions for precision and accuracy, recognizing the paramount importance of accuracy in this role.
Collaborating with clients over chat/inbound/outbound calls to resolve complex and non-complex issues promptly and effectively.
Engaging in chat, fax, and email correspondence with clients.
Actively liaising with other departments to resolve issues and address inquiries.
Actively participating in cross-training initiatives across various departments to broaden your knowledge and skill set.

To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:
Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in computer navigation and typing, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute and a high degree of accuracy.
Comprehensive knowledge of retirement plans and account details.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet established deadlines.
Proficiency in research, analytical thinking, and problem resolution.
An unwavering commitment to precision and attention to detail.
High School Diploma or equivalent required
