Claims - Call Center Associate (Part Time- Fully Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle calls and assist in resolving inquiries from field representatives and external customers
- Enter claim information into the claims management system (CMS)
- Create and execute reports as required
- Route calls to the Headquarters Claims department
- Attend departmental training and participate in projects as requested
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues through research and collaboration
- Ability to work efficiently to meet service level agreements
- Proficient in typing accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with Microsoft® Word and Excel; experience with CMS and PMS is helpful
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center or claims processing environment
- Knowledge of insurance industry practices
- Ability to portray a positive attitude in communication and job performance
- Initiative in assisting other associates and contributing to team success
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development
