We are partnered with a well-established, growth-oriented middle market investment bank seeking an experienced Vice President to join its Healthcare Investment Banking team. This is a fully remote role. The Healthcare team advises founder-owned, sponsor-backed, and public healthcare companies across M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates. Title: Investment Banking Vice President - Healthcare (HC) Location: Fully Remote (U.S.) Platform: Middle Market Investment Bank Team: Healthcare Coverage (M&A + Capital Advisory) Overview High-performing middle market investment bank is hiring a Healthcare IB VP to join a growing HC coverage team. The VP will lead day-to-day execution on sell-side/buy-side M&A and capital advisory mandates, manage junior deal teams, and interface directly with clients and counterparties. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end execution on M&A processes; run timelines, workstreams, and deliverables. • Manage/mentor Associates & Analysts; provide QA/QC on models and materials. • Own client interaction and project management; support management presentations and diligence. • Oversee valuation, financial modeling, and marketing materials (CIMs, decks) as needed. • Support senior bankers on pitches and business development; help drive process efficiency/templates. Requirements • Typically 5-8+ years investment banking experience (VP or strong Sr. Associate ready to step up). • Strong closed-deal execution experience (M&A preferred). • Healthcare coverage experience strongly preferred (open to adjacent if execution is strong). • Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills; excellent writing and client communication. • Detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, willing to "get in the weeds" when needed.
