Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for scrubbing, researching, and validating provider contract records, as well as updating status in customer systems. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data entry, analyzing information to identify potential problems, and resolving discrepancies. You will also apply your knowledge of healthcare and insurance domains to undertake problem-solving and provide effective solutions. Key Responsibilities Scrub, research, and validate provider contract records to ensure accuracy and completeness Update status in customer systems and ensure timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Research and install healthcare provider contracts, including verification of provider information, contract accuracy, and database loading Retrieve and enter data from computer/web-based systems, files, and other documents, analyzing information to identify potential problems and discrepancies Apply healthcare and insurance domain knowledge to undertake problem-solving and provide effective solutions Identify and resolve both routine and non-routine problems, escalating to more proficient team members as needed Monitor email box and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills. The essential requirements include: 1+ year of experience in a role that required a focus on quality, including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work 1+ year of experience in a professional/office-related environment, such as office support, data entry, clerical, or customer service 1+ year of experience using a computer with Windows applications, including keyboard navigation, multiple screen management, and learning new software tools An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential requirements, we prefer candidates with: Effective communication skills, both written and oral, in a professional/office setting Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to leverage research, analysis, and problem-solving skills Time management skills, with the ability to cope with a complex, changing environment Knowledge of AS400, Windows-based systems, Excel Spreadsheets, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
