Position: Investment Banking Professional
Type: Contract
Compensation: $95ā$115/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and deal structuring.
ā¢ Create realistic scenarios based on investment banking workflows, including deal screening and due diligence checklists.
ā¢ Annotate, label, and validate data across investment banking use cases such as financial statement analysis and capital structure optimization.
ā¢ Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in areas like SEC regulations and financial terminology.
ā¢ Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for financial services AI.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ 3+ years of professional experience at a bulge bracket, elite boutique, middle market, or regional investment bank.
ā¢ Background in M&A advisory, equity or debt capital markets, leveraged finance, or restructuring.
ā¢ Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate deal workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
ā¢ Clear written communication and attention to detail.
Preferred
ā¢ Series 7, 63, 79 or CFA designation.
ā¢ Experience in industry coverage groups (TMT, healthcare, industrials, FIG, etc.).
